CF & CFR Range
ELCO’s “CF” axial range of fans has been designed to obtain the highest possible performance whilst keeping the dimensions down to a minimum. Other important features of the “CF” fans range are the robust mechanical construction, made possible by simplifying various components, and the protection’s degree “IP42”. The maximum airflow achieved by this product is 3,500 m³/hr on a range which includes blade diameters of 300mm, 315mm, 350mm and 400mm.

Technical features
The motor body is a one piece die casted aluminium construction, there are many advantages on this type of construction including: Due to this new fan design it is now possible to obtain better performances compared to the previous models and at a lower speed, which means lower noise levels. The simple, unique ELCO motor/fan coupling system makes it possible, an easy change of the motor/fan assembly to obtain various performances with different propellers size. The motors are single phase with permanent capacitor or 3-phase, thermally protected, with 4, 6 or 8 poles, class “B” insulation; conform to E.E.C. 73/23 standards. Standard voltages are 230/240V 50Hz for single phase and 230/400V 50Hz for 3-phase. The “CF” range can operate with room temperatures by -30°C to +40°C. Upon request, ELCO can deliver special “CF” fans for different voltages, and with class “F” insulation. Also available for special fans with a temperature range from -50°C to +70°C. Standard connection through 1000mm cable or, if specified by means of connection box is located on the motors rear.

The fans are suitable to work in vertical or horizontal position and can be mounted using:
